If you would like to permanently delete your Domino Master account, you can make the request directly from our app by navigating to Settings, selecting “Delete Account” and then following the confirmation prompts. You may also make account deletion requests via email by writing to us at [email protected] or by utilizing the form below.
Upon receipt of your request to delete your account we will first verify your identity and then will proceed to delete all Personal Information we have collected and stored about you and then will close your account. This entire process can take up to thirty days. Please also note that if you decide to use or access the Services again, we will consider this a new Account and may collect personal information associated with that Account in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you choose to delete your account, you will lose access to any active subscriptions, in app purchases, in app items earned or accumulated, and any stored game progress. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel or refund an active subscription or in app purchases. Refunds are subject to your app store’s payment policy, which may not provide for refunds.
